Every Home Has a Story.
Every Design Has a Purpose.
Rather than designing rooms, DecoLux Designs creates homes that are thoughtfully designed around the people who live in them. Every project begins with listening to your needs, understanding how you live, entertain, gather and unwind.
That insight allows us to create spaces that feel timeless, personal and effortlessly beautiful.
Whether we're collaborating from the ground up on new construction or transforming an existing home, our focus is always the same: thoughtful design, carefully curated materials and a finished space that feels uniquely yours.
Thoughtfully Designed Homes & Spaces
No two homes should ever feel the same.
Each project is fully customized because no two clients homes, or spaces, are alike.
From coastal retreats and full-home transformations to kitchens, bathrooms, and curated interiors, every space is shaped through a collaborative process that blends vision, function, and feeling.
Lisa doesn’t follow a formula, she sources, curates, and designs each space personally. By removing the middleman and bringing a level of detail that makes every home feel considered, not constructed, she creates a space that truly feels like home.

From the Ground Up
Spring Lake Heights, NJ
A coastal home should feel just as inviting after a day at the beach as it does when welcoming guests. At 557 Ocean Drive, Lisa Saverd helped bring that balance to life, guiding the interior design from the ground up alongside the building team.
The seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom residence brings together architectural millwork, tailored furnishings and carefully selected finishes. Throughout the home, coastal influences meet a timeless aesthetic, creating a connection between spaces while giving each room its own character.
From the gourmet kitchen to private retreats, the design balances everyday comfort with room to entertain. It’s an expression of DecoLux Designs’ personal approach: considering how the whole home comes together, down to the details that make it feel complete.

Classic Elegance
Westfield, NJ
Set on 1.25 acres close to downtown Westfield, this five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom Westfield residence provides a distinctive backdrop for DecoLux Designs’ personal approach to interiors. A sweeping circular staircase, a two-story foyer, four fireplaces and oversized custom windows establish a sense of scale, balanced by welcoming spaces for everyday living.
An expansive kitchen with a center island, breakfast nook and butler’s pantry anchors the home’s gathering spaces, while a first-floor office and a primary suite with its own fireplace offer quieter retreats. A finished lower level provides room for recreation, exercise, play and relaxation. Outside, a covered patio with an outdoor fireplace and an additional covered porch bring that same balance of timeless elegance and comfort into the open air.
A Coastal Retreat
Spring Lake, NJ
